THE WHY

Heartworm disease is one of the most dangerous yet preventable threats facing dogs, but many pet owners underestimate the risk because the danger is invisible until it’s too late.

THE INSIGHT

People don’t think about prevention emotionally. They think about protection emotionally. Pet owners are deeply attuned to signs of physical harm, but threats they can’t see often fail to create urgency.

THE IDEA

We transformed the biological danger of heartworm disease into a striking visual metaphor by reimagining the heart itself as vulnerable, fragile, and under attack. The campaign elevated prevention from a routine monthly medication into an act of protection for the life and heartbeat pet owners love most.
